What we collect when you order
When you place an order, we collect your shipping address, email address, and order details. We use them to ship your order and to handle customer service. Stripe processes your card details. We don't store your card number on our servers.
Website analytics
We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics 4 (Google) and 51.la, a third-party web analytics service. They record usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (from IP), device and browser, and how you arrived. Both use cookies or similar technologies, and their data may be processed on servers outside the United States. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Records we keep when you order
We also record your browser and device type, language, time zone, IP address, and the country and city estimated from your IP address, to prevent fraud and process your order. IP addresses are deleted after 180 days. Only administrators can view these records. Our servers and Cloudflare keep standard access logs for security and troubleshooting.
