Who you're buying from
You're buying from Shoujia Mall, operated by TonyTrade Limited. TonyTrade Limited is responsible for your order and for after-sales service.
Prices and stock
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the contiguous US. Prices and stock can change. The price and stock at the time you pay are what apply.
Prices include shipping. We don't currently add sales tax at checkout. If we're required to collect it in the future, it will be shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay.
Shipping
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories. You can't choose the carrier; our system chooses the shipping route. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns and refunds
- Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The refund is the item price minus the original shipping cost for that order, and you pay return shipping.
- Email us first for the return address for your order. Returns sent without our authorization can't be accepted.
- Assembled items count as used and can't be returned as change-of-mind returns.
- Damaged, wrong, defective items, and missing parts: within 30 days of delivery, send photos or a video. Once confirmed, we reship or refund in full. You don't need to send the item back.
- An item that is clearly a different style from what you ordered is treated as a wrong item. A slight color difference caused by screen display is treated as a change-of-mind return.
- Package shows delivered but you didn't get it: contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan. We'll open a trace with the carrier; if the carrier confirms it wasn't delivered, we'll reship or refund. Please use an address where packages can be received safely.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where TonyTrade Limited, the operator of Shoujia Mall, is incorporated. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that can't be waived by agreement.
